FAYE - DIRECTOR & HEAD STYLIST

Faye has loved animals for as long as she can remember, so turning that passion into a career has been a dream come true. When she opened Posh Pads in Bewdley, she wanted to create more than just a grooming salon. She dreamt of a space where dogs would feel safe and loved, and where owners could fully trust the team handling their pets. That dream has become a daily reality. With a Level 3 City & Guilds qualification in Dog Grooming, she brings both skill and heart to every appointment. The PPG team is like family. Each of the girls brings their own unique talent, warmth, and energy to the salon. Your pup couldn’t be in better hands!

OLIVIA - SALON MANAGER

Olivia first joined our team in 2019 as a work experience student while studying Animal Care at Halesowen College. It didn’t take long for her passion for grooming to shine through, and we were thrilled to offer her a role as an assistant groomer. Since then, Olivia has worked incredibly hard, earning her Level 3 Dog Grooming qualification and proudly stepping into the role of Salon Manager!

KAREN - DOG BATHER

Karen joined Posh Pads in 2022 after a 25-year career in education, quite the career change! As Faye’s mum, she’s proud to be part of the business and has quickly found her passion in the grooming world. Karen finds the work incredibly rewarding and especially loves seeing the transformation each dog goes through. She’s proud to be part of the team and wouldn’t want to be doing anything else!

JASMIN - grooming apprentice

Jasmin has been working in grooming salons since she was 17 and is now completing her grooming apprenticeship. She’s passionate about dogs and loves helping them feel safe and cared for. Her favourite breed is the working cocker spaniel, especially because she has one of her own, Marvel! Jasmin is always eager to learn and proud to be part of the Posh Pads team.

AMELIE - grooming apprentice

Amelie started at Posh Pads as a Saturday girl and quickly discovered her love for grooming. After leaving school, she began a grooming apprenticeship and has never looked back. Surrounded by animals at home (including dogs, cats, horses, and chickens), her passion for pets runs deep. She’s especially fond of Labradors but loves working with all breeds, finding joy in each dog’s unique personality.
