Booking & appointments
-
We love to have a chat with owners to get to know you and your dog. The best way to book is by giving us a call or messaging us on social media. This way we can discuss your dog’s needs and make sure you’re booked in for the right service.
-
We usually book up around 2-3 weeks in advance. During busy times like summer or Christmas, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead to secure your spot.
-
Yes! We offer walk-in nail trims, so feel free to pop in for a quick pawdicure.
-
If you’re late or miss your appointment, a fee will be charged due to loss of earnings. This fee must be paid before booking another appointment. We do send email and SMS reminders 3 days prior to help you remember, so please let us know then if you need to reschedule.

Dog Coat Care
-
• Wool coats (e.g. poodles, doodles, bichons) – every 4–6 weeks
• Spaniels – every 6–8 weeks
• Double coats (e.g. collies, huskies) – every 8–9 weeks
Regular grooming helps keep your dog comfortable, reduces matting, and keeps their coat looking fabulous.
-
A teddy trim is a popular style where your dog’s coat is clipped to one even length all over, giving a fluffy, rounded, “teddy bear” look. The face is usually rounded and cute, with a soft expression. It’s perfect for owners who love a cute style but also want a practical length for easier coat maintenance.
Before Your Appointment
-
Yes, please! There’s nothing worse than poop on a freshly cleaned coat. A good walk beforehand helps keep your dog comfortable and relaxed.
-
Don’t worry if your dog’s a bit messy, that’s what we’re here for! Just avoid using any home grooming sprays or products that could make the coat difficult to wash out.
